Overview:
Since Normandy, the American tankers had been getting a bloody nose by the heavy German panzers. But now a new tank had driven off of the great assembly lines in the States: General "Black Jack" Pershing was back in service with the U.S. Army. With thoughts of burning Shermans in their heads, a lawless group of American tankers hijacked a Gyrostabilizer from the supply depot and installed it in their new tank. Armed to the teeth with APCR, the bitter Americans set upon a group of Panthers known to be lurking in a nearby village. Vengeance would come swiftly!. . .or would it?Attacker: American (A Company CCA, 3rd Armored Division)
Defender: German (SS) (Remnants of Kampfgruppe "Durr")

2022-11-12 | (D) nathan wegener | vs | Tracey Love | German (SS) win | North TX Shootout. SS could not pass MC and fell back in disarray. Initial attack was conservative and steady. Mid game the two 75 Shermans took up position on far right German flank to support final push to exit. One Panther moved over to catch them from behind and when the HD Pershing attempted to assist it was nailed by a desperation shot by a HS in a building. A stabilised 76L sherman did assist but gacked the shot allowing the panther to nail one sherman and one escaped. It pivoted to face the threat and took it out in Prep. The other panther took out the last sherman and US conceded | ||
