Overview:
The Germans aim was to move northward along the banks of the Rhine and take Strasbourg, forming a link with the troops in the Gambsheim bridgehead. The Germans also hoped to establish a link with units of XXXIX Panzerkorps, south of Wissembourg. A powerful force, consisting of elements of the 654th Heavy Tank Destroyer Battalion, the 198th Infantry and 106th Panzer Brigade, pushed its way out of the Colmar pocket and soon reached the outskirts of Erstein. There the attack ground to a halt. Stiff resistance by French units was followed by fierce counter-attacks.Attacker: French (CC6, 5th Armoured Division Blindee)
Defender: German (Kampfgruppe von Luttichau and 654th Heavy Tank Destroyer Battalion)

2017-02-01 | (D) Paolo Cariolato | vs | Federico Corso | French win | The Germans are at disadvantage in this one. Too many AFV, firepower, squads and - leaders for the French. The German Defence rest on the shoulders of the Jagpather and the 10-3. I lost the latter to a 12 roll and a 5 wound check. I was holding somehow, but with that everything crumbled.

2010-10-22 | (D) Ian Willey | vs | James Short | German win | The better player needs to be the German. Fall back keeps you in the game. My game was great fun for both sides.
